  1. you´re my hero. thanks for such a good and usefull software.
one little addition to the settings would be nice. can you add some sort of "disable search in subfolders" check? like: lets say i have a moviefolder called "shoot.on.sight" with 2 subfolders (cd1 and cd2). then your application only searches in the subfoldres which is what i don´t want :)

  2. :)

I didn't understand the problem :) I am collecting ONLY files. You have something like:

    - Shoot.on.sight
    |--CD1
    |--CD2
    |--some.movie.avi

If you uncheck CD1 and CD2 then I process only some.movie.avi.

The Shoot.On.Sight as folder without movie inside has no meaning for ThumbGen, so it is skipped if you uncheck CD1 and CD2 (and there is no some.movie.avi)

  3. ...and that´s exactly the problem :)
    it´s like that:

    - Shoot.on.sight
    |--moviefile.nfo
    |--CD1
    |--CD1\moviefilecd1.avi
    |--CD2
    |--CD1\moviefilecd2.avi

and i want the - Shoot.on.sight folder to be ckecked (name or nfo in it). and the cover should be in that dir as well.

  4. Hm... it is possible to create unique covers for CD1/CD2 and for Shoot.on.sight if you go in "Thumbnail" tab and use the options from the "folder.jpg" section.

You suggestion is not bad at all but it requires quite a lot of architectural changes (as my app is designed around moviefiles) but I will think about a "folder-mode" later.
